Customers who make product purchases will get access to product updates that are available to them and remains active as per the item’s agreements of the license.

You will also have access to the purchased products after logging in with the given credentials.
- Demo Content
Images and content shown on our demo pages may or may not be included in the final files provided to you. We usually provide images shown on our demo as they are royalty-free images but in some cases, they may not be included. No premium plugin is included with any of our premium themes and likewise.
All the products are the property of POPCORN IT so you may not claim ownership (intellectual or exclusive) over any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products come ‘as is’, without any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied. Under no circumstances can our juridical person be accountable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses originating from the employment of or incapacity to use our products.
- Payments and Renewals
All our products are available with support and free updates as per the purchased license agreements.
However, anything you download can be used for a lifetime as per our license policy.
Some features on the Service require payment of fees like customization of any template. If you elect to sign up for these features, you agree to pay Us the applicable fees and any taxes as described on the Service. All payments due are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
POPCORN IT provides these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no guarantee that they will work exactly according to your wishes or with any or all 3rd party components and plugins. In addition, we do not offer support through any means for installation, customization, deployment, or administration of your portal/website.
Item support includes:

However, item support does not include:

- Refund Policy
POPCORN IT offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee within 14 days of purchase. If the item(s) is not as advertised, not as per demo, or truly missing features from what is being mentioned on the sales page we offer full refunds.
With that said, if you find that product is not as advertised, not as per the demo, or facing any challenge while installing/using it, we will definitely resolve your concern or issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be granted in any circumstances.
Before you request a refund from POPCORN IT, you must do the following:
- Read the documentation that we provide with each Product or general tutorials.
- Check the support forums for existing threads about the issue you’re receiving.
- Open a new support ticket/issue and we will try our best to resolve your queries and concern.
We strongly believe our products will work without issues and we are available to help sort out any issues resulting from any number of reasons. However, we also expect you to understand what you are purchasing and what your rights are for requesting refunds.
Eligibility for the refund, If you find that the item/template is
- Not as advertised
- Not as per the demo
We do not consider the following cases for the refund
- I just don’t use the item anymore
- I’ve changed my mind
- Purchased an item by mistake OR purchased the wrong item (Ex: Purchased Template HTML version instead of HTML+Laravel)
- The template/item is not suitable for my project/existing project
- I don’t know how to use the template/item OR I’m not able to use/integrate the template/item
Note that opening a dispute or initiating a chargeback will not speed up your refund request, and we reserve the right to refer any case to the PayPal fraud department, which may result in your account being limited.
