Use of any product you buy from POPCORN IT is bound by the license you purchase. It will allow you non-exclusive access to use it in your personal as well as client projects.

Definitions

• Product/Item: is the product created by POPCORN IT that comes with HTML, CSS, JS, and other source code files available to the Person after purchasing any of our licenses.
• End Product is any artifact (website, software, web app, mobile app) produced that incorporates the Item or derivatives of the Item.
• End-User: is a user of an End Product. End users can be unlimited for any license.
• Client: is an individual or company that receives custom services directly from the Person, produced specifically for that individual or company.

License Period

A License is for a lifetime. That means, once you buy it, you can use the *Item* forever within the restrictions described in this document.

Note to freelancers and creative agencies:

Under the Single License, you may charge your clients for your services. But you can’t use one of our Single Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. Please purchase a valid license as per your client’s requirements.

Single License

Use for the single end product which end users can’t be charged for.

• That means you will be able to use our product for yourself or your client’s project for one time only which end users can’t be charged for.
• For each new project, you need to purchase a separate Single License or consider a multi-License.
• 12 months of Premium Support and Free Updates are included. After this period, you can renew/extend your license in order to get Premium Support and Updates.

Here is what you can and can’t do with a Single License.

Can

• You can use our product for single projects for which end users are not charged.
• You can modify our product as per your needs and use it for your personal or client project.
• You can White Label your personal or client project.
• You can list the project that you build with our products on your site/portfolio.

Can’t

• You cannot use it for Multiple projects.
• You cannot create a SaaS application and sell that.
• You cannot use it for any application/service/product for which the end-user can be charged.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, lease, license, or offer the product as it is to any third party.

Multiple License

Use for the unlimited end product which end users can’t be charged for.

• That means you will be able to use our product for yourself as well as your client projects multiple times which end users can’t be charged for.
• 12 months of Premium Support and Free Updates are included. After this period, you can renew/extend your license in order to get Premium Support and Updates.

Here is what you can and can’t do with Multiple Licenses.

Can

• You can use our product for unlimited projects for which end users are not charged.
• You can modify our product as per your needs and use it for your personal or client project.
• You can White Label your personal or client project.
• You can list the project you build with our products on your site/portfolio.

Can’t

• You cannot create a SaaS application and sell that.
• You cannot use it for any application/service/product for which the end-user can be charged.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, lease, license, or offer the product as it is to any third party.

Extended License

Use for the single end product which end users can be charged for.

• That means you will be able to use our product for yourself or your client’s project for a single end product which end users can be charged for.
• For each project, if you want to charge end users, you will need to buy a separate extended license or consider an Unlimited License.
• 12 months of Premium Support and Free Updates are included. After this period, you can renew/extend your license in order to get Premium Support and Updates.

Can

• You can use our product for one website/product/app for which the end-user can be charged.
• You can create a single SaaS product and charge unlimited end-users.
• You can modify our product as per your needs and use it for your personal or client project.
• You can White Label your personal or client project.
• You can list the project you build with our products on your site/portfolio.

Can’t

• You cannot create Multiple SaaS products.
• You cannot Sale our UI Elements as it is to anyone.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, lease, license, or offer the product as it is to any third party.

Unlimited License

Use for the unlimited end products which end users can be charged for. License with almost unlimited possibilities 🚀

• That means you will be able to use our product for yourself and/or your client’s project for an unlimited time which end users can be charged for.
• A lifetime of Premium Support and Free Updates are included 🎉

Here is what you can and can’t do with Unlimited Licenses.

Can

• You can use our product for multiple website/product/app projects for which the end-user can be charged.
• You can create multiple SaaS products and charge unlimited end-users.
• You can modify our product as per your needs and use it for your personal or client project.
• You can White Label your personal or/and client project.
• You can list the project you build with our products on your site/portfolio.

Can’t

• You cannot Sale our UI Elements as it is to anyone else.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, lease, license, or offer the product as it is to any third party.

Freebies License

All our free items are Open Source and licensed under MIT. You can use our free items for personal as well as commercial purposes. We just need an attribution from your end.
